Return Policy

Ensuring a seamless and satisfying experience for our customers is our top priority at Ghariyal. However, if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns

  1. You have 3 days to return an item from the date you received it.
  2. To be eligible for a return:
    • Your item must be unused, unworn, unwrapped, and in the same condition that you received it.
    • Your item must be in the original packaging.
  3. Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.
  4. Please note that original and premium boxes are non-refundable. We are happy to assist with returns on the products themselves, but packaging items will not be accepted for return.

Refunds

If your return is approved:

  • We will initiate a refund through Bank Transfer.
  • Please note that the refund may take 3 to 5 business days to appear in your bank account.

Shipping

  1. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
  2. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
  3. When returning the item, you assume the risk of any loss or damage during shipping. Ghariyal is not responsible for any items that are damaged or lost in return shipping. Please ensure the item is securely packaged to avoid any damage during transit.
