Important Note on Deliveries:

Our Courier service requires payment before you can open the package. If you are unsure about your order, you are welcome to visit our store and check the items in person before paying. We want you to feel confident and happy with your purchase.

Order Processing

After placing your order, please send us a screenshot of your order number and transaction details. This confirmation is required for both Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, which need a confirmation amount of PKR 1000/-, and full advance payments. We process all orders within 24-48 hours of receiving this confirmation to ensure prompt delivery.

Delivery Times

Our delivery timelines are as follows:

• Advance Payment Parcels: Typically delivered within 2-3 business days.
• Cash on Delivery (COD): Usually delivered within 4-5 business days.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number to monitor your parcel’s journey in real-time, keeping you updated on its progress.

Damaged Parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact our customer support within 7 days of the delivery date. We’ll assist you with any necessary next steps.
